background: Born 1953 in Zurich/ Switzerland to a school teacher and a music teacher, my life mission started in the cradle: For a big part of my life I felt that I was born to proof Galileo Galilee’s insight true, that you cannot teach a wo/man anything that s/he doesn’t find in her/him self. That said and done, my life was blessed with some of the greatest teachers, including in chronological order:
· my father and my mother,
· my professor for Latin, my Art’s teacher and my Dance instructor at college,
· the fleeting eminence of Charlemagne’s statue in the great Cathedral of Zurich;
· most teachers at the School for Social Work & Developmental Psychology ZH,
· Professor C.G. Jung studies of Dream Analysis through the personal Mandala,
· Eric Bern’s studies of Transactional Analysis “What to say after you say Hello”,
· Gerda Boyesen’s teaching of Biodynamic Psychology & Bodywork in London,
· Bernd Eiden, my teacher for Gestalt Therapy,
· my husband Jai Hudes and our creation of a communication tool that would guide us through more then a ¼ century, “eXperiencing the Reality Game of Marriage,
· our Native American wisdom teacher Sun Bear;
· our spiritual teacher Master Ram, demonstrating Ashram community for 18 years,
· Spikes at Wayne’s Beauty College in Santa Cruz and his inspiration to introduce “Stress Reduction” and “Beauty Beyond Skin Deep” into mainstream Skin Care,
· our Cloud 9 client’s “dissertations on stress management & healthy living”;
