Shipping Policies

Delivery
Items in stock are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. We will advise you of any delay in shipping of 30 days or more. Please be sure to inspect the shipment upon arrival. Report any losses or damages to us at once, and be sure to save all items and packaging until the claim is settled.

Shipping/handling prices on this site are effective January 1, 2010. Details, specifications, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Shipping: Continental USA
Orders to the continental USA are shipped via UPS Ground. Be sure to include a complete street address. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. If you are using a rural route number, please provide a complete address and nearest crossroad. If UPS does not deliver to your area, we will ship via surface parcel post unless you specify otherwise. Allow 7-10 working days for delivery after shipment of your order.

Shipping: Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico
Orders to these locations will be charged shipped via UPS Surface, UPS 2-Day, or UPS 1-Day.

Shipping: Canada
Orders to Canada are shipped via US Mail (Air Parcel Post).

International Orders
Because the cost of shipping internationally varies tremendously, we cannot quote shipping costs until after we have received your order. We will let you know what these costs will be, and we will not ship your order until we have received final approval from you. We ship via UPS International. Overseas deliveries generally take 8 to 10 business days to arrive.

California Sales Tax Rates (for California-bound shipments only)
If the shipping destination is in California, we are required to charge sales tax on all physical products.
