| while making this intention i got a call from gaj to make sure we come away with a letter of intent... that one of the companies he is working with just got $5m funding based solely on a loi. this is a focus point. |
 | this was used as a communication before the hunt...to record their stories... in fact this could have been an ancient letter of intent between one cave man to another...looks like the left hand is out stretched and in the right is the first wheel... i will give you one of my new inventions, wheels for 5 of your daughters:-) |

| to convey the simplicity of the wheel as our invention. a new game for a new world... that will help us to better live in circles and support one another for completing those circles. |
 | we need to get a clear picture of what is in their mind... what do they need right now...what is it that we can deliver to make their lives better... we need to walk a mile in their shoes of being in the game/toy business in 2010. |

| walking in their shoes can mean presenting the extendability of the game without confusing them.
there are ways to do this and it might ask us to be circumspect. |
 | this particular rolodex has 3
cards that can show up at a time
which gives me an idea of ordering
presentation in a particular way.
i will spend some time exploring what this means. an example is that we have 3 different ideas(at least) that we are presenting. i will elaborate later.

| i challenge us to ask for the best
reception from mattel possible and
to create a new world of
" ? " a new name for this world. |
 | re create oneself change mature
the promise of the game. all good
words for the process. i am reminded that one of the engaging
parts of d&d is the creating of your character (strengths, weakness, tools, skills etc.)finding links to more tradition world of games may have a value in selling concept. |

| rolodex is also the network we are building... that has been in test mode and about to roll out... do we need a book of testimonials? |
 | experience is the name of the game. we need to organize our 2 books into a beautiful format and have a section of players impressions and enthusiasm. what about some video clips on a cd? do we use the original video that we produced? |

| show me the testimonials. what are the books? any from 9 to 12 year olds? teens? my family played on mother's day and i found that after initial reactions (different for each) they were more engaged and took the game more serious, in a fun sort of way. |
 | such as the capacities for abstract thought, reasoning, planning, problem solving, communication, and learning. all these were skills exhibited by players in the game. the game brings out an innate intelligence. |

| i kind of relate to the last point about the book of testimonials. we need to have all the testimonials collected stored and presented in every possible way to get maximum results out of it. |
 | looks like we are regenerating the future of this game by going to the mass market using mittel. |

| this is a "regeneration movement" which bring people together, instead of dissecting them as marketing demographics, like the x generation or boomer generation... we are sparking a re-generation! |
 | the bottom line. calculate all the different types of people...all the different backgrounds and traditions that can have their own cards, as part of a collective timecapsule and the bottom line is...infinite scalability, reaching all generations past, present and future. |
