Description: Malreath is the evil over-lord character in the story. Malreath uses his power to wield control over the youth. He manipulates our youth through greed and the quest for power over others. Quests for power often do so at another's expense. The manipulating effect of power is driven by the desire to have more, meet impossibly high standards, and grasp absolute control. These desires are symptoms of the influence of greed in your choices. Take a moment to reflect on your choices, how may these desires for power be influenced by greed? How can you transform your desires to be ones of power-with others rather than power over? How might this transformation enable you to see how greed has influenced you and aid you to see your choices with clarity? Through better understanding of our past and present influences in our lives we are able to transform and bring crystal clarity to our situation.

	4 Connections 2009-06-07 Jevy the challange is to commit egocide, and remove greed from my thoughts removal or change from such a deep rooted behavior or thought is a process and requires constant attention - endless = because change is constant - i need to be aware of ego as being greed. 2009-06-07 Jevy no the challange is to understand the why is greed and what i can do about it is control greed and re-position it to be greed for good - not selfish that = egocide. to hold myself accountible to more than myself - the higher purpose. when the student is ready the teach shows up - thank you teacher - i am ready 2009-06-07 Jevy where will i find the teacher - how will i know? opportunities yields actions, which gains experience, which gives knowledge, which creates beliefs, which manifests behaviors, which provides results, which -when reviewed- "lends" wisdom (which is reflection)from the energy that began the "string". is it theory - or is there somethng to "strings" - reflection = energy reversed upon itself. the answer is within 2009-06-07 Jevy 2 years ago to this date - leonardo answered this same circle - the within is - us invent is not create - in the string of things "invention" is utilizing items and ideas, it is not beauty or love. to re-invent yourself is not possible, to change your ideas of beauty or love is creation.

2007-12-17 Jkare	to create love and harmony in my friendships and relationships wow, this is a taker.... i would have to relate this through dissonance. i hope my friendships are not based on greed. i see it influencing my other people's choices, for sure; but i do try to minimize the effect within myself. i think i'm decently successful, but this is a lifelong challenge. maybe friendships being a way to check one's self against greed? maybe the part of me that wants to have many friends and continue to have as much fun/joy as possible is greed? this is the hardest card i've played so far
	2 Connections 2007-12-18 toopunkrawk ok, not sure if i'm doing this right...my greed drives my desire to be the right one. i think since i have moved to a new culture i have taken a more hardened approach to meeting people. i have a hard time determining when people are being outright greedy or if their doing it unintentionally. i feel i have many issues in this relation; not in terms of having a lot of friends and a lot of fun but the opposite; staying away, at a distance, so i won't feel that competative drive streaking through me. however, now it begins to ruin all the relationships i do have. is it greedy to say that deep down you're a good person? what is greed to each person when it comes to relating to others in a group or individually. in a group, is it impossible for greed not to rear it's ugly head? these questions baffle me. please relate and help. paper and pencil...a way to keep track of what is occuring in a concrete way. to end the arguements brought about by greed by recording. by putting knowledge in a place where it won't be forgotten. for letting me return to my writing...perhaps my greed grew when i forgot to write, forgot to get it all out and then wasted it away inside...it turned to something else, it rebelled because it wanted to be out. it started the laziness cycle within me. which eventually lead to greed. 2009-12-30 schattke greed is mitigated by proper written contract. clear expectations on both sides occur when pencil hits paper in proper formation of contractual agreement. the sky is the limit on what can be contracted. ask for everything you want.

to let go and enjoy, every little beat of my daily experience. to cherish others and myself in a new and unprecedented way. george!! what a brilliant card to pull! i absolutely acknowledge how since moving to la, i have started for the first time in my life to think about making "strategic friendships," instead of just allowing others to move me into their circle of life, and vice versa. it has clouded my judgement and gotten me into trouble, and it is almost entirely motivated by greed i.e. "what can i get from this person?" instead of "how can i bless this one?" (the second has always come much more naturally for me, but when i'm operating out of fear, the first takes over!) my current intention is to reconnect to that joy of giving while really opening myself up to receive back.
