Getting to Resolution

  • Description: The conflicts most people get into are avoidable. Conflict develops because of differing expectations about what working with others will produce. Differences arise because these expectations have not been made explicit to everyone. People fail to make their expectations explicit because they never learned how. Communication is a key tool for getting to a point of resolution. Remember, we all make mistakes, recognize the inherent worth in all beings, no matter their actions or beliefs. Find restoration of a conflict through collaboration.

better communication is the key to conflict resolution. learning new tools to better communication is the key. old survival skills do not serve present situations.

agreements and models are the bases of contracts. and contracts are simply agreements to work together.
we all need to eat, to find money to play, to spend time on what we love. and many personal projects are, to a great extent, personal and linked to the person who created them..

it is hard to recruit someone. me, in particular. i have my own projects, my world, my needs, my struggles. who will sell this to me, to make it something i must do? frankly, will i make time? who knows. every project suffers for lack of a leader, and leading is, well, a full-time job.
hey? what's wrong with a bit of cynicism?

i have a good feeling that we can help turn much conflict in the world into collaboration.
this is our game coat of arms. this can be our shield of working together and collaborating to support each other and all for the highest.

this is the point of our discussion, to transform dytopia into utopia. our goal is to help people to transform their "monopoly mind" into a more collaborative understanding and xperience. stewart is also on our advisory board and a great representative of the "rules in this new world game." click on the sponsor link for more. since his book came up here i will add him to our conversation list and ask him to add his comments.

maybe we should invite stewart to this experience in oakland... here is synchronicity in play... there is no other lifecircle card sponsored by someone in oakland. i love to see the connections like this. i also look forward to work on deeper levels with stewart and incorporating his work.
the holy plunger... we need to clear the channels for the collaboration...and to work at these deeper levels:-)

it is my intention to get in touch with the positive side of my energy and begin to claim my right to be in the fashion business and feel more comfortable making contact with others in the industry.
there is conflict but it is all internal. i think that i am sometimes blocking myself by thinking that i am bothering people when i want to speak to them about my project and how i see them as part of the picture in creating the fashion game. if i were more assertive and positive in my approach, perhaps i would find a more welcoming atmosphere in approaching these individuals.

i intend to find the highest and best resolution to my situation with m.k. who has misrepresented and misappropriated our funds for our rehab real estate projects.
while this card resonates with my intention, i am uncomfortable with continuing to extend additional time to m.k. to stop bulls***ting us in regards to completion and tenancy.
