You are at the Top!

  • Description: Life is a journey and our goals and dreams are sometimes a challenge, such as the climb to the top of the mountain to reach our dreams and visions. This climb to the top takes skill and wise management of our resources. It is not the easy path. The trail up the mountain is full of rocks, pitfalls, and steep slopes. Though through a field of challenges we must move, upon each one as a stepping stone, there to actually help us to reach our goals. Once you gain knowledge, skill and leadership from making it to the top of the mountain, the work is not over. The point of the climb was not to be done with it, but to continue, to go back down and climb up once again. The true leader knows that they are always a student as well, in a balance of student and teacher. The mountain is not there to be conquered in the climb, but to learned from along the way. Keep in mind the management skills necessary to assess the resources you have, what you need to conserve and how you can create abundance for you and others as you stand at the top and take the lead.

i have climbed the mountain once and have gone back down and now am on my way back up. today was a stepping stone to remember that the only person that i can truly count on is myself. lead with a pure heart and focus on the climb. for as many stepping stones are as many blessings along the way. remember to be positive, powerful and practical.

for me, our entrance or climb to the top of the mountain is going to be determined by just one thing: did we love the lord jesus christ with all of your heart, soul, and mind, and love our neighbor just like christ loved us; for without love, all of our works profit us nothing, and we are going to miss out on the greatest of all rewards.
this means that there is opposition of everything that is in the kingdom of heaven. to understand opposition for each brings wisdom and harmony. human nature strives for the positive and wants to dismiss the pessimism. in the meantime there is a wisdom to be understood in both which nurtures the depth of the soul. life or the climb to the top of the mountain cannot be all positive when one has to consider that at the end of the day we will eventually turn to dust. ecclesiastes continues with "whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income." to accept his lot and be happy in his work -- this is a gift of god..." "better what the eye sees than the roving of the appetite." "whatever exists has already been named, and what man is has been known; no man can contend with one who is stronger than he (i.e., can fight with god)." "the day of death better than the day of birth." "...all that god has done. no one can comprehend what goes on under the sun...man cannot discover its meaning. even if a wise man claims he knows, he cannot really comprehend it." "wisdom is better than weapons of war, but one sinner destroys much good." "whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap" being a leader takes balance, wisdom and courage.
