Ananke 		my relate to the challenge card is a warning and reminder not to revert back to the damaging circumstances of the past and to keep a clean clear mind.
transcribing helps the soul to complete thoughts/feelings and can also be used a references for the future as a reminder of things that happened in the past. it's not good enough to just declare but to transcribe. seeing is believing.

Ananke 		my relate for the fish is that the larger fish above is my higher power and when i stay true to my nature which is faith in my higher power, he will protect me from the poisons below and create a safe space.
the card has many layers and is not centered indicating that there are many ways to have expression. continue expressing and sharing, helping and giving, compassion and love, faith and trust, hope and peace. let it be in a letter form, book form, or email. possibly a picture, painting or text message. always higher forms of expression.
