Description: iSOULation represents a time and place to go within and reflect on who you are and what you are creating in your life. This inner journey can be seen as a positive transformation, a time to look at yourself and your life more closely, or a way to be aware of the energy of your surroundings. Imagine a simple meditation cell or cave. It can also represent a time when you were sent to your room without dinner or told to go to jail and do not collect $200. iSoulation has much meaning in our lives. Meditation is an important facet of our growth and the easiest way to go to iSoulation. When iSoulation does come around it usually means it is time for self reflection. With iSoulation, think detention or incarceration, but reflect on in a transformative way.
